Hi everyone, I am a Personal trainer and Nutritionist through ISSA. I believe having faith in our creator and taking care of myself has helped me become the healthiest, happiest version of myself. I feel as though so many women struggle with starting and stopping their fitness journey, because they aren't seeing any changes or improvement in how they look. But im here to tell you it isn't about how you look but about how you feel.
I have always had a passion for fitness. It stared when I was four in gymnastics, to being captain on my dance team in high school. After high school I was a resident assistant at a nursing home for 2 years and decided I wanted to do something different with my life. I wasn't living the healthiest lifestyle, I was so over worked, unhealthy, and gained about 30 pounds since HS. After leaving the nursing home, I started a front desk Job, started to take care of my health and started courses for personal training and nutrition. While taking the courses, I had a better understanding of what my body needs and how to take care of it. I reached my goal weight after about 1 year of working out and changing my lifestyle and diet.
Though I took the classes and lost the weight, I still didn't feel prepared enough to start training others yet. In 2023 I got a trainer for 3 months who helped me tremendously. I learned so much from her, and I now feel more confident in my ability to help others through their health and fitness journey.
My passion is to help women live a healthy lifestyle, and feel the best in their own skin. I believe everyone deserves to live their best life and be happy with themselves inside and out.
Everyday, I learn new things in fitness and nutrition, and I plan to continue my education in specific areas of fitness as my journey goes on.
