Breakfast:
1. Eggs w/ spinach on toast or English muffin
- 2 slices of toast/English muffin
- 1/2 cup spinach, cook in olive oil
- 1 or 2 large eggs
- Garlic and onion seasoning
- Cheese (optional)
- Avocado
2. Avocado toast:
- Half an avocado
- 2 slices of toast
- Everything bagel seasoning
- Fried egg (optional)
3. Peanut butter oatmeal: (overnight oats)
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup almond milk ( milk of choice)
- Dash of cinnamon
- 1 tsp maple syrup or honey
- 2 TBSP peanut butter
- 1 banana (fruit of choice)
4. French toast
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 to 2 eggs
- Cinnamon
- Almond milk
- Maple syrup
- Strawberries
5. Breakfast sandwich
- Mini bagel
- cream cheese (chive)
- fried egg with sauteed spinach cooked into it
- bacon or sausage
- cheese
Lunch:
1. Salad w/ chicken
(cook chicken in crock pot for soft shredded chicken)
2. Chicken salad sandwich
3. Smoothies
- Strawberry, mango, and kiwi
- Strawberry and banana
4. Peanut butter toast w/ fruit
- Toast
- Peanut butter
- Strawberries, banana
- Cinnamon
5. Egg salad
Dinner:
1. Honey mustard Chicken, broccoli, and potatoes or rice
2. Tacos
3. BBQ chicken w/ potatoes, and choice of veggies
4. Shredded BBQ chicken sandwich
5. Sheet pan chicken, potatoes, & broccoli
6. Homemade hamburger helper
7. Steak and potatoes
8. Pot roast
9. Chicken Alfredo
